Position Description:

• Development of a scripted solution to mine public data repositories (GitHub, BitBucket, etc) for sensitive company content (passwords, API keys, etc)
• Creation of Application Security best practice (adoption of OWASP and similar) guides and workflows
• Automation and integration of internally-managed security tools and workflows through scripting and API access

Qualifications:
• Must be registered as a full-time student

We are seeking a University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC) student to support Abbott Nutrition’s Scientific and Medical Affairs team on a key project that aims to review and analyze published literature from 2008-2018 regarding Nutrition and Health survey in Latin American, focused on Mexico, Colombia, Argentina and Brazil. This investigation will provide a unique dataset that will enable specific countries with analysis of health and nutritional status. Results will provide effective communication and product strategies supported by scientific evidence.

The Student Will Be Responsible For:

• Reviewing and synthesizing insights from scientific literature

• Reviewing and analyzing data from research trials using excel or statistical tools

• Producing scientific write-up, slide presentation, poster, or potentially a peer-reviewed publication

• Communicating findings and progress to applicable project leader on a regular basis
