Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizen or permanent resident
  • Pursuing a B.S. in CS, EE, ME
  • Excellent programming skills. Experience with object oriented programming languages, preferably C++, C# or Java.
  • Familiarity with data structures and algorithms as well as feature definition, design and feasibility
  • Familiarity of databases
  • Ability to translate technical specifications into working code, and solve complex problems with consideration of the end user experience

The University of Illinois seeks an Events Coordinator to work on planning and marketing events for the Research Park and EnterpriseWorks incubator. This position is responsible for coordinating event planning, including but not limited to operations, managing service providers, organizing setup and logistics for events, and marketing programs. Additional responsibilities include:


1. Coordinate with the Assistant Director and other Research Park staff on event topics and timelines.

3. Coordinate invitations, flyers, and registration processes.

 

4. Coordinate materials needed for all events (nametags, handouts, digital materials).

Qualifications:
