The Customer Success Manager owns the post-sales experience between Granular and our customers, driving value realization and return on the client’s investment. Successful CSMs are technology-savvy individuals that work directly with our customers to understand their farm business and technical requirements and partner with them to ensure their success deployment.
At Granular, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a top-tier startup team with proven entrepreneurial expertise looking to change the $3 trillion agriculture industry. We’re growing quickly, and expanding to a new office in Champaign. We’re looking for motivated, smart, and versatile individuals to join our team, and be our first Customer Success Manager in our Champaign office.
WHAT YOU’LL BE WORKING ON
- Engage with large grower clients, plan implementation, capture feedback and provide excellent support communication
- Enthusiasm for a direct client focused role to respond timely and efficiently to a rapidly growing network of customers
- Interest in understanding the effective process management resulting in greater efficiency and operational performance in agriculture
- Lead client services with successful solution implementation
- Plan, coordinate and deliver continued product training
- Capture solution feedback and communicate effectively to Product Management
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Someone who enjoys working with customers in person and on phone
- Ability to develop strong relationships with our customers on large farms
- 3+ years work experience with technology, agriculture, or customer service
- Familiarity with farming a plus
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills including Excel, PowerPoint Salesforce.com, Zendesk and Google Apps, or the ability to quickly learn these applications
