Customer Relations Coordinator
IntelinAir produces Ag-MRI, a new decision support solution for farmers and agronomists. This product includes frequent aerial imagery combined with advanced computer vision and machine learning techniques to measure crop performance and identify problems in the field. Items alerted to include: early season stand health, weed pressure, areas of significantly increased stress, disease, or pest infestation.
We're seeking an energetic, self-starting customer relations coordinator to become a key member of our customer success team.
Responsibilities will include:
· Processing new sales leads
· Creating and processing sales orders in a timely fashion from contracting to invoicing
· Managing correspondence between sales and their customers, including newsletters, social media, e-mail correspondence
· Following up with customers via phone for administrative purposes
· Researching and filling customer pipeline for sales prospecting
· Maintaining an organized and accessible file system for sales professionals
· Performing data entry duties with regard to sales figures, metrics, and other key data
· Contributing new ideas to help us grow our business
Requirements:

· Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
· This position will be based at our Champaign, IL office; occasional travel may be required
· Preferred BS in business/marketing/or agriculture related degree
