Position Summary:

We are seeking a University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC) student to support an Abbott Nutrition team in conducting a literature review on metallic off-notes from the use of high intensity sweeteners. This student will be responsible for communicating their research and review findings with management and the technical team through a white paper and full literature review.

The Student Will Be Responsible For:

• Gathering data and conducting a literature review

• Communicating findings to management in a white paper

Qualifications:

• Must be enrolled as a student at UIUC

• Pursuing a Graduate- MS, or PhD in Human Nutrition, Chemistry, or related field

• Familiarity with literature searches and reviews strongly preferred

• Must be able to demonstrate ability to condense large amounts of information concisely

• Effective communicator and excellent verbal/written English language skills

• Student must pay attention to detail and have a strong ability to collaborate with a team
