IntelinAir, the leading aerial analytics company in agriculture, is seeking energetic, self-starting Marketing and Brand Manager to become a key member of our team headquartered in Champaign, Illinois.
Responsibilities:
- Gain proficiency in the AgMRI tool and understand the differentiators from other similar products
- Take ownership of the brand, honing the vision, mission, goals and strategies
- Develop strategies to get the word out about IntelinAir and drive qualified traffic to our front door
- Create successful marketing campaigns, from ideation to execution
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website/blog/social media to attract and convert prospects in our target markets
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and marketing best practices, monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues
- Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistent messaging
- Gather and log feedback from every interaction and act as a liaison between customers and internal teams so IntelinAir remains proactive in product development
- Contribute new ideas to help grow the business
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a brand or marketing associate, with an excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
- Highly creative and strong ability to think outside the box
- Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to perform within a defined budget
- Ag experience, whether you grew up farming, have an ag degree or have worked in the industry
- Ability to digest complex data and distill it in a manageable and concise way for customers
- Proactive, positive and team player mindset
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Preferred BS or BA in business/marketing/or agriculture related degree
