We are currently accepting applications to fill the role of part-time executive assistant at our EnterpriseWorks office. The successful candidate will perform skilled clerical work, and provide general secretarial support to senior staff.
This position will require roughly 20 hours of work per week, though hours may vary from week to week. The successful candidate is expected to be relatively flexible as to work hours on a day-to-day basis, as some days may require more or less hours than others, and impromptu meetings may be necessary on occasion.

Qualifications:
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel a must)
- Proficiency with Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets highly preferred
- Must respect and maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Must have excellent oral, written and computational skills
- Must be competent in use of email and internet
- Must have good organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience working in a clerical capacity preferred
Responsibilities include:
- Assist in day-to-day clerical duties of administration
- Work closely with executive to develop and implement strategies for improving productivity
- Assist executive by providing reminders and managing their schedule
- Aid in flow of communication between executive and other staff
- Check and send mail as needed
- Keep office tidy and organized
- Assist in typing, scanning, filing and copying
- Assist in compiling and organizing data
- Respond to queries in person, via telephone or email
- Attend meetings as requested
- Compose letters, memos and emails
- Arrange meetings, book meeting rooms, and set up conference calls
