Scrum Master

• Manages the scrum process with the coordination of the scrum team
• Removes all impediments to the team's success, such as logistic challenges
• Ensures that the team's progress and successes are highly visible to all stakeholders
• Facilitates daily scrum, sprint review, and planning meeting in a way that ensures full team engagement
• Fosters communication and close cooperation across all team members encourages cross-training and supporting each other
• Shields the team from external interference and ensures the team is fully functional productive
• Facilitates regular team retrospectives to continually advance the state of the practice
• Work with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of scrum in the organization
• Strong servant leadership skills that are results driven

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in agile development, with specific Scrum Master experience
• Familiarity with Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• Certified Scrum Master Preferred
• Confident and skilled at navigating the team through roadblocks impeding the delivery process
• Ability to resolve conflicts within the team as a strong mediator before they become an issue
• Experience in facilitating meetings, identifying risks/dependencies/impediments and handling multiple priorities
• Brings a high-energy and passionate outlook to the job and can influence those around them
• Able to build a sense of trust and rapport that creates and comfortable, cohesive, and effective workplace
• Required Technical Experience: Jira, Rally, VersionOne, or some other agile management tool
• Nice to have technical experience: Github, Confluence
