Description:
TEST is a transportation engineering firm that develops specialized, practical tools and provides expert consulting services for enhancing transportation sustainability. We are a newly formed startup company founded by internationally renowned leaders in transportation engineering affiliated with the University of Illinois. Our team helps transportation agencies and industries to improve their efficiency, optimize their operation, and control their environmental impact.
Full-time position located in Champaign, IL in UIUC Research Park
Responsibilities
- Develop prototyped web software tools into SaaS solutions
- Design data architecture and system configurations
- Define, design, and implement service interfaces
- Evaluate tasks in an Agile software development cycle
- Maintain and enhance developed tools and applications
- Work with transportation and software engineers to develop and design new applications
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of service layer development
- 2+ years of backend leadership
- Experience with highly scalable SaaS
- Expert in C# programming
- Experience in designing and implementing client/server architecture
- Must be well-motivated and have excellent communication and team-working skills
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements
- Applicant must be permanently authorized to work in the US.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Event and Domain Driven Design is a plus
- Experience with Entity Framework Core is a plus
