Description:
Wolfram Research is looking for a modern marketer with a passion for data and technology to help us grow customers for our new Wolfram Cloud and Wolfram Language based products. You will have a chance to be part of growing our new approach to programming and computing introduced by the Wolfram Language, and work in a cross-functional team to help execute creative strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating closely with the business analysis team to come up with creative and metric-based campaigns for customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention
- Planning and optimization of in-bound marketing campaigns, which might include:
- SEO
- Google ads
- A/B testing of landing pages
- In-product marketing
- Email campaigns
- Opportunity management—capturing leads from awareness campaigns and defining engagement strategies
- Testing new strategies for growing customers, e.g. referral programs, viral campaigns
- Promotion campaigns focused on upgrading existing customers
- Planning customer lifecycle emails and in-products messages
- Planning product/new feature release communication campaigns
- Collaborating with PR or social media strategies in relation to product marketing campaigns
Requirements:
- 3+ years of product marketing experience
- Marketing or related degree (mix with a technical degree is a plus)
- Strong English communication skills—experience in copy writing and email marketing
- Growth-hacking passion or experience
- Knowledge and experience in modern marketing methods
- Exposure to developer community or personal experience in programing is a big plus
- Lean methodology or startup experience is a plus
