Description
The Bud Lab Analytics PMO is responsible for defining and maintaining project management standards, developing and implementing a robust methodology and governance process to align business initiatives, demands, and opportunities to strategic Bud Lab experiments. The PMO is responsible for driving the delivery of experiment results and benefits realization within the expected timeline and agreed costs, while extracting value through the usage of management best practices and continuous improvement techniques and tools.
Bud Lab Analytics PMO is accountable for:
* Managing experiment Execution & Business Demand from different zones and business functional areas routed globally to Bud Analytics Lab as an output of 1-3 year plans, exploratory demands and Big Data initiatives.
* Lead Analytics Programs, Big Data Experiments and Research experiments This includes responsibilities to lead experiments as an output of 1-3 year plans, planning, developing and executing management, analysis and pilots of these innovations for assessment as part of the Analytics and Big Data initiatives across ABI functional areas or Zones.
* Act as a Guardian of the Bud Analytics Lab Engagement Criteria, types of engagement, experiments characteristics, experiments management model, and resources allocation.
* To report progress through disciplined project governance and stakeholder management practices, while managing risk and deviations in scope.
* To manage budget & experiment cost including business expenditures and department cross-charges.
* Monitoring & tracking performance indicators specific to experiments including cost, timeline, risks, and expected results for the Bud Lab project portfolio.
Minimum Requirements
• Master’s Degree in Project Management or Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Project Management
• 3-5 years’ relevant experience in project/program/portfolio management & Agile project management methodologies
• Prior supervisory/managerial experience
Desired
• Experience in operationalizing a PMO function and/or managing a project management team
• Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt) and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
• Advanced knowledge of project KPIs and project/portfolio management methodology
• Partnership-building and influencing skills
• Skills in MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
Technical Competencies
