Human Resources Manager – Agrible

We are looking for a self-motivated candidate who will utilize skills as an HR professional to help Agrible grow while preserving the culture as a place where ideas and quirky people can flourish. and we enjoy the contributions and perspectives of humanity. The candidate should be able to protect Agrible, nurture the development of our exceptional employees, and provide ongoing support for our most important asset, our people. Treating people fairly with support is the key to our strength.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Strong written, electronic, and verbal skills to communicate effectively with employees and company managers on all elements of HR,
• Organize company policies, onboarding, offboarding, recruiting, and outreach,
• Facilitate a review process that is impactful, efficient, and well documented,
• Benefits administration and negotiation including retirement, insurance, and health insurance,
• Assists with recruitment and the interview process for new hires.
Required candidate qualifications include:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field,
• At least 3-5 years of HR experience in a small company (less than 200 people).
• Experience with benefits administration, including enrollments, changes and terminations.
• Demonstrated HR management skills, having previously held positions of increasing responsibility,
• Excellent communication and presentation skills displaying confidence without arrogance and an ability to truly listen to what others are saying.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and have excellent negotiating and conflict resolution skills. You must have the ability to communicate effectively with internal staff; be well organized and structured in a deadline driven environment; and have the ability to communicate in an easy to understand manner.
