Your Responsibilities
As a Developer for John Deere Intelligent Solutions Group (ISG), you will design, develop, test, and integrate applications. You will operate within an Agile team and participate in all aspects of that teams work. In addition you will:
- Work within established guidelines such as coding standards, workflow, or tool standards.
- Provide input into the product development strategy and roadmaps, as needed.

- Experience in roles that demonstrate successful achievement of solving problems and excellence working in a team environment.
- Experience in roles that required demonstration of excellent communication skills.
- Experience with application development environment, database, data administration and infrastructure capabilities and constraints.
- Experience in roles that required a demonstrated understanding of service oriented architecture.
What Makes You Stand Out
Other areas of experience or interest that will help us place you on the right team include:
- Experience with REST web services, Spring, Maven, Hibernate, Oracle, IntelliJ.
- Experience with Agile development process, XP Practices, Test Driven Development, Acceptance Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration, Test Automation.
- Java/J2EE programming/software/server side development experience.
- Experience with HTML5, React, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, Node.js, Progressive Enhancement, Responsive Design.
Education
Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent work experience in the following:
- Bachelors of Arts/Science in an Information Technology discipline or equivalent discipline.
